Equipment Capability
Zhaotai is equipped with a full range of advanced manufacturing systems, including coil slitting and leveling lines, high-power laser cutting machines (6kW–60kW), tube laser cutting systems, and plate shearing machines up to 6 meters.
Our forming equipment includes 2,400-ton CNC press brakes with up to 13-meter capacity and various rolling machines for pipe and cone forming.
In addition, we operate multiple welding systems, including submerged arc, plasma, laser, and robotic welding, supported by complete surface treatment equipment such as shot blasting, polishing, and embossing machines.
Processing Capability
With a fully integrated processing system, we provide comprehensive services including cutting, beveling, bending, rolling, welding, and surface treatment.
Our facilities support a wide processing range, handling material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 200 mm, as well as ultra-long and large-format components.
This enables us to deliver high-precision fabrication for both standard and complex custom projects across various industries.
